Abstract\n The precursor B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LBL)/B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is a highly aggressive neoplasm of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The B-LBL/ALL is rarely found in uterine cervix. In this paper we report a 46-year-old women with B-LBL/ALL. Immunohistochemistry analysis for Ki-67 showed positive immunostaining of in more than 70 % of the lymphocytes. The detection of IgH gene rearrangements were indicated by PCR results, which is consistent with characteristics of precursor B-LBL. The number of lymphoma cells taken up 76 % in the bone marrow smear. It showed the evidence of precursor B-ALL in the bone marrow. Our results indicated that this is a rare case of non Hodgkin\'s lymphoma infiltration, along with highly invasive B cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.
In design of high performance complex arithmetic logic circuits, ground bounce noise, leakage current and leakage power are important and challenging issues in nanometer down scaling. In this paper, the low power and reduce Ground Bounce noise 4 bit adder has been proposed. Full adder is the most important basic building of digital circuits employing arithmetic operation. Adder circuit is widely used in many digital circuits not only for arithmetic operation but also adder for address generation in processors and microcontrollers. Which are employed in large scale system at higher speed. It is therefore necessary to make these systems more efficient to survive with high speed while consuming low power. As the speed of the circuit increases the most important unwanted parameter that exhibited by the circuits in ground bounce noise. Here we use stacking power gating technique to evaluate leakage current, power and ground bounce noise. This paper here describes reduction of leakage power and ground bounce noise from the 4 bit full adder circuits to make it more reliable to be used with high speed system. All the simulation in this paper has been carried out using cadence virtuoso in at 45 nm technology at various voltage and various temperatures. By using this technique the leakage current reduction can be improved by 90 % and leakage power to 30 % as compared to conventional 4 bit adder. Ground bounce noise can be reduced to 55 % as compared to the conventional 4 bit adder
A disintegration approach to second class constraint systems in a covariant manner is studied. Also, the quantization of the brackets is proposed. In particular, the brackets for coordinates are non-vanishing and after quantization, we obtain the second class constraint systems in emerged coordinates.
Seamless Mobility is the most important feature of a wireless cellular communication system. Basically cell phones are used for communication purpose and therefore good cell coverage is needed to make and receive calls. Usually, continuous service is achieved by supporting handover from one cell to another. Handover is the process of changing the channel associated with the current connection while a call is in progress. It is often initiated either by crossing a cell boundary or by deterioration in quality of the signal in the current channel. Mobile IP, too, has to support redirection of data to a new foreign agent after the change of network access. In this case the additional delay caused by the redirection. The shorter the interruption of the service is –up to the ideal case of no service interruption. Minimizing the Delay in handover is better for quality of seamless connectivity anytime; anywhere across communication networks. All mobile phone system supports the seamless handover between base stations. To avoid the additional delay, Mobile IP may use Optimizations such as rerouting of the whole packet in the flow of efficiently retransmission of data with short interrupted service by Fast Retransmit/Recovery Timeout Freezing Technique. Due to the utilization of seamless handover mechanism it reduces the unwanted usage of Spectrum.
Fig (Ficus carica) tree latex first described in Iranian traditional medicine by Avicenna in his 10th century book Canon of Medicine. It has been reported that fig tree latex has various therapeutic effects including hypoglycemic induction, as a source of natural anti-oxidant, anti-helmintic and some other useful effects. The current review will provide some evidences about the effect of ficus carica latex on gastrointestinal cancer cell proliferation.
The growing trend of using internet and electronic equipment and their resulting profit lead to essential variation of business processes in different organizations, and institutions. Marketing as the main core of the organization is very important in internet markets. Nowadays, the role and importance of marketing strategies in prosperity or defeat of an organization are known to all. The advent of information technology and its growing speed have thoroughly changed marketing strategies. Lots of manufacturing and service organizations influenced by these technologies design and codify their marketing strategies such that benefit its resulting competitive advantages. On the other hand, electronic marketing strategies are efficient and low cost tools for entering the novel markets and prepare the fields for easy, low cost, and with low risk entrance to foreign markets. Thus, in this article, considering the importance of this issue, the effect of internet marketing mix with 4S approach is studied on the performance improvement of internet companies. Results indicate that all four elements of internet marketing mix (scope, site, synergy, and system) are effective in improving the performance of internet companies.
