Objectives; While numerous medical facilities have been forced to suspend oncological surgery due to system overload, debate has emerged on using non-surgical options on cancer cases during the pandemic. To report the perioperative outcomes of 122 patients with gynecologic cancer who underwent surgery during the Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID‐19) pandemic and the safety of surgical approach.\nMethods; We retrospectively analyzed the records of patients who were referred between March 2020 to May 2022 for primary surgical treatment of endometrial, ovarian, cervical, or vulvar cancer. \nResults; The study included a total of 122 patients. Median age was 58 years. Patients were referred with endometrial cancer 57.4% (n=70), ovarian cancer 22.2% (n=27), cervical cancer 11.4% (n=14), vulvar cancer 0.8% (n=1), borderline ovarian tumor 2.4% (n=3) or recurrence 5.8% (n=7). Of them, 97% underwent non‐emergent surgery. A minimally invasive surgical approach was used in 10.6%. Stage 1 cancer was found in 63.4% of patients. The rate of postoperative complications was 14% (n=17). The most common complication was need of a blood transfusion (31%) followed by wound complications (22%). In all, 10% of the patients required observation in an intensive care unit. Only one case in the present study developed symptoms of COVID‐19 after surgery, although none of the surgical team did.\nConclusions; Adequate protective measures in the setting of COVID-19 free institutions enabled the continuity of cancer surgery without significant compromise of the safety of patients or healthcare workers.

We propose a system management model that utilizes remote resources efficiently. Our model manages multitude of systems over network with high efficacy. Our system periodically collects status of the resources in the network and records them to manage the computing resources efficiently. Our system predicts possible problematic events based on the collected status data and exchange the summary among the components of the system to reallocate the resources in the system. Our system expands the conventional network management protocols by proposing expanded database of network management. For the implement our design, we propose new message format for network management information and status.

Taiwan\'s Diabolo population has always been a source of curiosity for international players. How is it that the very niche Diabolo population in other countries is so widespread in Taiwan? It has been 40 years since the Diabolo movement developed in Taiwan. According to historical texts, the origin of Diabolo\'s promotion was accompanied by political awareness and the need to preserve Chinese culture. The Taiwanese government utilized tournaments as the main promotion method and then implemented policies in the education system to promote the sport which resulted in the preservation of outstanding Diabolo talents. \nThe author of this paper is a product of the folk sports policy in Taiwan. With the first experience of diabolo in 1996, it has been 26 years since the author experienced different promotion policies and rule changes in Taiwan, and with roles changing from initial promotion to professional athlete, coach, and promotion globally. By using narrative research to share the author\'s own experiences and experience the state of the environment through these stories. This paper examined and reflected on the strengths and weaknesses of Diabolo promotion in Taiwan under various policy formations, using empirical evidence from the literature as well as the author\'s personal experience.

Global warming caused by climate change can increase heat stress and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, leading to food problems and livestock crisis. Thus, preemptive responses are required. The potential of a livestock crisis caused by global warming highlights the need for sustainable livestock production in response to climate change using a farm animal algorithm in order to address population increase and avoid food problems in the future. In particular, the demand for animal foods has increased. Such climate change threatens livestock environment, production, reproductive efficiency, and animal behavior and welfare, while increasing heat stress, livestock malodors, and GHG emissions. For this reason, it is necessary to understand the concurrent mechanisms related to these effects of global warming, animal nutrition, feeding, animal models and in ovo injection, and carbon neutral livestock. A climate-smart livestock system is being implemented to overcome the livestock crisis caused by climate change and to maintain sustainable livestock production. This review emphasizes the importance of converging animal models and sustainable livestock production using farm animal algorithms in response to a future livestock crisis caused by climate change in 2050.

Many hormone-like proteins are known as tumor-suppressors, but also as neuro-protectors, endocrine regulators and anti-diabetic substances. On the other hand, the role of gangliosides as regulators in many biological functions and as markers in many multi-factor diseases and disorders was proved. The titers of specific anti-ganglioside antibodies were assessed in extracts of brain and pancreas from rat, as well as in analogically prepared lysates from mice myocardium. Total lysates from all three anatomic organs were prepared (controls). Equal volumes of them were passed through GSH-agarose columns for separation of molecules with affinity to the reduced form of tri-peptide Glutathione (GSH). Separate aliquots from the organ lysates were mixed with lysates of laboratory-incubated cells, containing additionally-inserted copy of tumor-suppressor gene scgn, coding the hormone-like protein Secretagogin (SCGN), by transfection with appropriate DNA-vectors, containing also GST-tag. In all cases, the titers of specific IgG anti-ganglioside (anti-GM3, anti-GM1 and anti-GD1a) antibodies were determined by ELISA-technique. The results obtained were in confirmation with literature findings about the antagonism between gangliosides GM3 and GM1. The presented data confirmed the proved possibility for production of antibodies by non-lymphoid types of cells, tissues and organs in appropriate conditions

This paper presents the performance and efficiency of gate-all-around (GAA) field effect transistor based cascode low noise amplifier (LNA) by adaptive body bias technique in 45 nm technology node. This GAA configuration has superior performance compared with other nanowire metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET)s. However, the benefits of GAA technology for radio frequency circuits (RF) have been not analyzed. Gate-all-around (GAA) silicon nanowire metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) configuration can achieved better and low drain induced barrier lowering (DIBL) of 63.3 mV/V. It obtained improved subthreshold slope of 95 mV/V. This configuration obtained higher on-off ratio, and 70% reduction of leakage was reached. This paper also demonstrates the GAA based inductively degenerated low noise amplifier operating at 5 GHz frequency. An adaptive body bias scheme is used to reduce process variation and increase reliability. The main objective of this paper to study the comparative analysis of different MOSFETs as based LNA configuration. This paper also describes the minimum noise figure sensitivity subject to device aging due to the adaptive body bias scheme. It achieved the minimum 3.42 dB noise figure with simultaneously impedance matching. GAA based LNA achieved power gain (S21) of 58.2 dB and input power reflection (S11) -9.56 dB. This LNA consumed 15.87 mW power at operating voltage of 1 V with 5 GHz frequency.

The study of reward system based job satisfaction has earned great attention from the researchers all over the world in recent times. It is commonly believed that job satisfaction enhances the organizational commitment among employees of different organizations and this research study will examines the impact of reward system on job satisfaction which ultimately enhances the overall organizational commitment among the employees of private banks of Pakistan based in Islamabad. Through a questionnaire data has been collected from the lower and middle level employees of the ten private banks based in Islamabad Pakistan. Data evaluation has been performed to collect the results. This research paper enhances the understanding of the importance of reward system based job satisfaction for the employees of different private banks of Pakistan.

Mixture Weibull distribution is produced from combining k Weibull distributions by including a mixing parameter wi where i=1,2,…,k is the number of component Weibull distributions. This article involves parameter estimation of mixture Weibull distribution using Monte-Carlo simulation. The study was based on 5000 replicates of generated data and the parameters were estimated using maximum likelihood method. The effects of sample size, mixing parameter and outliers on parameter estimates were investigated as well as the bias. It was found that increasing the value of the mixing parameter caused a decrease in the mode and median, while increasing the sample size caused decrease in the bias, mean square error and standard deviation. It was also found that by removing outliers, the accuracy of the parameter estimates was significantly improved and the bias and mean square error were decreased.

The current research in the fields of education and language learning is recognizing the fact that there is a mismatch between educational systems and pedagogies, and the learners that they serve. In response, theories that reconceptualize learning and learning environments are emerging; these theories represent new ways of thinking about the goals of education, the roles of teachers and learners, and the processes of learning. At this point, the new role of critical pedagogy will be emerged in arena with conducting and creating classroom conditions in which new “possibilities” are prepare for language learners in the process of L2 learning.\nPerhaps the most visible and widely represented paradigms that challenge traditional views of language teaching and learning are sociocultural and critical approaches. In this arena, this article will provide a discussion of what “critical” has come to mean in educational and applied linguistics research, theory, and practice, and what it might mean for second language teaching (L2) and language teacher education. It will also survey the literature on critical language teacher education to present models which are related to the current pedagogies and practices across different contexts. These models will be introduced via ten stages of principles to associate with critical language teacher education, and conclude with a discussion of the notions of using them in L2 classroom.

In this paper, a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) based image segmentation technique has been proposed which uses magnetic resonance parametric information model for breast tumor segmentation. The methodology has been developed on two dimensional MRI data set. With the help of proposed technique, the breast tumor tissues can be segmented in 6-8 minutes with more precision & reproducibility than the manual (supervised) segmentation which takes more than two hours to segment breast tumor tissues. Thus, the proposed semi-automatic (un-supervised) technique can be applied to the prospective application of MRI data which will improve the procedure for diagnosing the breast tumor for two dimensional hallucinations for surgery purposes.

In this paper the effects of substrate coupling on analog circuits in a mixed-signal chip are described and analyzed based on simulated results. Substrate coupling is a major challenge for mixed-signal design. To analyse the substrate coupling with digital circuits and analog circuit simulation accurate substrate model is important in the modern mixed-signal IC design. At the higher operating frequency the capacitive effect in substrate becomes important and the substrate impedances become frequency dependent in lightly doped substrate. To balance this, heavily doped substrate is used for the analysis and assumed as resistive network. The noise coupling is demonstrated by simulation on 0.18 µm heavily doped CMOS process.

A novel modified method was developed for the determination of silver ions. A set of working electrodes and intermetallic effect of mercury ions on peak signals was optimized. The affinity, selectivity and sensitivity of the modified method were comparatively tested and found that it is applicable to trace level determination. Effect of various interfering metal ions was also studied, and it was observed that Hg (I) ions contributed maximum increment in the peak current of Ag (I). Voltammetric techniques, differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) were used for determination of ionic species. The low detection limit (LDL) 1.14 µg/L and linear regression coefficient (R2) 0.9969 were noticed for the newly developed method.

In case of the propofol-induced respitatory arrest, early cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is necessary to prevent the development of brain damage. A 38-year old woman, BW 52 kg, during in-vitro program of fertilization, was administered 40 ml IV bolus of propofol as a premedication for the planned egg cells aspiration under ultrasound guidance. During the application the patient developed respiratory arrest. Ten minutes after CPR, return of spontaneous circulation was confirmed. Within one hour, she began breathing spontaneously and regained consciousness. Future studied should disclose a model of a new more comfortable IV anesthetic for routine application during short-term gynecological interventions.

This study is to establish a unilateral ureteral obstruction renal fibrosis model and determine the pathological changes in renal interstitial. Expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2 after tetramethylpyrazine treatments were determined. Thirty-two female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: sham group, model group, tetramethylpyrazine group and valsartan group. The rats in the model group, tetramethylpyrazine group and valsartan group were operated with left ureter ligation to establish the unilateral ureteral obstruction model. Rats in the tetramethylpyrazine group were performed with intragastric administration at 1 day before surgery. The pathological changes of the obstruction renal tissues were examined by hematoxylin-eosin staining and Masson staining. Immunohistochemistry and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were applied to detect the protein and mRNA expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-2. Tetramethylpyrazine could significantly reduce the expansion and contraction of the tubular, the proliferation of renal interstitial fibrous tissue and inflammatory cell infiltration. Compared with sham group, the protein and mRNA expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-2 were significantly increased in model group (P < 0.05). The protein and mRNA expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-2 in tetramethylpyrazine group were lower compared to the model group (P < 0.05). Tetramethylpyrazine could relieve the renal interstitial fibrosis by inhibiting the expression levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and tissue inhibitors of matrix metalloproteinase-2.

More methods and agent-oriented programming languages have been introduced based on the Java language is based, we show that C++ is an agent-oriented programming carried by the object-oriented approach, to do so, the agents are designed based on the Java programming language and language C++, in our opinion, agent structure is similar to an object and we believe that behaviors such as perception, belief and action can agent the cover object-oriented principles.

Wireless sensor networks are self organized, low cost and low power utilizing network. It can sense, calculate and communicate the data. Collection of data at sensor nodes consumes a lot of energy and sensor nodes have limited energy. In this paper, we proposed a minimum number of full transmission based clustering technique. We compare our results with LEACH which is cluster based protocol. Results will show that proposed technique is more energy efficient and network will have prolonged lifetime.

Organizational entrepreneurship refers to the concept that we can provide clients with our new services and products based on their needs, only by establishing appropriate conditions in the organization. Insurance companies are known as servicing companies which encounter with a variety of clients and needs. Therefore, in order to maintain their position in competitive market, and increase their penetration among their clients, they need some innovative achievements in various fields. These innovative ideas can be performed only through establishment of an entrepreneur organization by organizational entrepreneurship strategies. In this research we applied a questionnaire as an instrument to help us investigate the impact of two organizational entrepreneurship strategies on insurance penetration rate and at the end we gather the results of analyzed data and make a conclusion.

The dynamic analysis process had been started after any embankment failure during an earthquake. Respect to literature, the maximum displacement has located at the crest. Interaction between structure and reservoir generated it. This paper investigates the dynamic behavior of short embankment on soft soil. Numerical analyses have carried out via the finite-element technique using ANSYS13 software. Models have vibrated with a strong earthquake. It has included time and peak ground acceleration equal to 5.02 seconds and 0.65g, respectively. The comparison results have discussed in key points of plane strain analysis with the modulus ratio as defined between saturated embankment and foundation. Dynamic results have represented as the modulus ratio between 0.53-0.66 to have a minimum value of horizontal displacement, relative displacement in vertical direction and shear stress. As a result, shear stress increased when the modulus ratio decreased. Maximum shear stress is occurred in foundation. Consequently, the optimum selection of the modulus ratio is placed at 0.66 to satisfy all conditions such as minimum probabilistic of cracks making at the crest. In brief, homogeneous behavior is the best during an earthquake and must avoid choosing more rigidity in embankment when it\'s located on soft soil.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) usually consist of many small sensor nodes and a Sink. These networks have many potential applications and unique challenges. Some of most important problems of WSNs are their hard management, limited resources, dynamic topology and low scalability. One of significant method against to these problems is clustering. Clustering leads to more scalability, energy efficiency, prolonged network lifetime and easy management of large-scale WSNs. In clustering process, Cluster-Head (CH) selection is an important step, especially in homogenous WSNs. As a result, this paper is focused on clustering and CH selection methods in WSNs. It is represented a centralized, multi-criteria and top-down CH selection algorithm for homogenous WSNs. The proposed algorithm is based on Topsis technique to ranking members of each cluster and then, selecting CHs. The proposed method using of criteria for CH selection including of sensor nodes\' Remainder Energy (RE), Distances to the clusters\' Gravity Center coordinates (DGC), Distance Average between each node and other members of the cluster (DA), Distance to the final destination or Sink (DS) and Distance to the node with Minimum Remainder Energy into the cluster (DMRE).
